Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

Resetting Your Password

If You Are Logged Out:

1. Click the User Icon or the Menu Icon to go to the Login Page  

2. Click on Forgot Password? below the login form.

3. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

4. Check your email for a password reset link.

5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

6. Once updated, log in with your new password.

If You Are Logged In and Want to Change Your Password:

1. Click the Menu Icon

2. Click My Account.and select Settings.

3. Enter your current password for verification.

4. Enter a new strong password and confirm it.

5. Click Save to update your password.

Troubleshooting

• If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam/junk folder.

• Ensure you entered the correct registered email address.

• If you still need help, contact our support team.

Keep your account secure by using a strong, unique password and updating it periodically.
